The Guardian Notification Enrollment
 

Authorized personnel may be enrolled to receive transactional SMS notifications generated by The Guardian.

Recipients may include:

• Dispatch personnel

• Agency administrators

• Emergency response personnel

• Designated system contacts
   

Enrollment occurs only after authorization by the responsible agency or organization.

Before a mobile number is added to The Guardian notification system, the recipient must complete a written Guardian SMS Alert Authorization form, provide their mobile number, check the SMS consent box, and sign and date the form.
 

Authorized notifications may include:

• Safe Haven Baby Box alarm activations

• Enclosure/tamper alerts

• Authorized system test notifications

• System status notifications
